Cranberry Protein Powder Packs a Punch

The cranberry is native to North America. These bouncy red berries were a staple of the Native American culture as food, medicine and it was even used as a dye. Bioflavonoids- These also have antioxidant properties but, more importantly, is their anti-carcinogenic properties in cranberries. Organic Acids- In particular, quinic acid found in cranberry aids in preventing kidney stones because it elevates the acidity of urine.
Immunity Boosters- Cranberry powder may improve immunity because it acts like a probiotic by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract. While it does this, it eliminates the bad bacteria responsible for illness.

Cranberry powder, as a supplement, can be taken in tablet or capsule form. It can also be used in pure powder form.
